ACC approves appointment of Rashmi Singh as Director (Commercial) of MOIL

New Delhi: The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet (ACC) has approved the appointment of Rashmi Singh as Director (Commercial) of MOIL Limited, a PSU under the Ministry of Steel on Monday. According to an order issued from the Department of Personnel & Training (DoPT), She has been appointed to the post with effect from the date of her assumption of charge of the post till the date of her superannuation i.e. May 31, 2027, or until further orders, whichever is earlier.

Presently, Rashmi is serving as Chief General Manager in Steel Authority of India Limited (SAIL).

Earlier, PSU Watch had reported when Rashmi was recommended for the post of Director (Commercial) of MOIL Limited from a list of 12 candidates who were interviewed by the PESB selection panel it its selection meeting held on October 12.

As Director (Commercial) of MOIL, Rashmi will be a member of the board of directors and will report to Chairman and Managing Director (CMD). She will be the Head of Marketing department of the organisation having total accountability for achieving performance through well directed coordination of all activities relating to marketing of company's products.
