Jayanta Kr Khamari (IRSE) appointed as CVO of SECL

New Delhi: Jayanta Kumar Khamari (IRSE) has been appointed as Chief Vigilance Officer (CVO) of South Eastern Coalfields Limited (SECL), a PSU under the Ministry of Coal. According to an order issued from the Department of Personnel & Training (DoPT), Khamari has been appointed to the post for an initial period of three years further extendable up to May 11, 2027, subject to the concurrence of CVC, from the date of assumption of charge of the post or until further orders, whichever is earlier.

Khamari is a 2008-batch Indian Railway Service of Engineers (IRSE) service officer. Presently, he is serving as Deputy Secretary in the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs (MoHUA).
