SN Tiwari gets additional charge as Director (Personnel & IR) of Coal India

New Delhi: Coal India Limited's (CIL) Director (Marketing) Satyendra Nath Tiwari has been given additional charge of the post of Director (Personnel & IR). He has been given additional charge of the post with effect from February 1, for a period of six months, or until further order whichever is earlier. This information has been shared by Coal India in a regulatory filing to the stock exchange on Monday. Prior to taking over as Director (Marketing) in October 2019, he was serving as General Manager in the same organisation.

Profile of Satyendra Nath Tiwari

Tiwari is a B.Sc. Engineering graduate with 1st class distinction from Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra (BIT Mesra). He also holds an MBA degree, with a specialisation in Marketing, from BIT MESRA. Tiwari has a rich and vast experience of over 33 years in marketing and sales. He has worked in various capacities since 1986 in Central Coalfields Limited (CCL), Eastern Coalfields Limited (ECL) and Northern Coalfields Limited (NLC) before joining Coal India Limited as General Manager (Marketing & Sales) in 1992.
