Amrendra Kishore Singh (IOFS) has been selected for the appointment as Deputy Secretary in the Ministry of Heavy Industries

New Delhi: Amrendra Kishore Singh (IOFS) has been selected for the appointment as Deputy Secretary in the Ministry of Heavy Industries. According to an order issued from the Department of Personnel & Training (DoPT), he has been selected for the appointment under the Central Staffing Scheme for a period of four years with effect from the date of taking over charge of the post or until further orders, whichever is earlier.

Singh is an Indian Ordnance Factory Service (IOFS) officer of 2012 batch. He was recommended for the Central Deputation by the Department of Defence Production. "He may kindly be relieved of his duties immediately with instructions to take up his assignments in the Ministry of Heavy Industries,” the order further added.
