New Delhi: C Meenakshi (IFoS) has been given additional charge as Member Secretary (JS level) of Central Silk Board, Bengaluru. The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet (ACC) has approved the proposal of the Ministry of Textiles for entrustment of additional charge of the post of Member Secretary (JS level) of Central Silk Board to C Meenakshi (IFoS).

According to an order from the Department of Personnel & Training (DoPT), she has been given additional charge of the post for a period three months with effect from the date of assumption of charge or till the joining of new incumbent or until further orders whichever is the earliest.

Meenakshi is an Indian Forest Service (IFoS) officer of 2009-batch of Karala cadre. Presently, he is posted as Director (Finance) of Central Silk Board.
