On the occasion of Civil Services Day 2023, the Prime Minister Narendra Modi has conferred the Prime Minister’s Awards for Excellence in Public Administration at Vigyan Bhawan in New Delhi on Friday

New Delhi: On the occasion of Civil Services Day 2023, the Prime Minister Narendra Modi has conferred the Prime Minister’s Awards for Excellence in Public Administration at Vigyan Bhawan in New Delhi on Friday. Civil Services Day is being celebrated annually on April 21 to recognise the contribution of Civil Servants to Society. As many as 13 bureaucrats have been conferred with PM Award 2023 in deferent categories. Here is the full list:

Innovations Centre

Rajesh Bhushan (IAS), Secretary, Ministry of Health and Family welfare has been awarded for National COVID- 19 Vaccination Programme.

Anurag Jain (IAS), Secretary, Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade's (DPIIT) has been awarded for PM Gati Shakti National Master Plan.

Innovations State

Principal Secretary (PH & FW) & Commissioner (Health), Gujarat Shahmeena Husain (IAS) has been awarded for State Organ & Tissue Transplant Organisation (SOTTO).

Innovation District

District Magistrate of Rampur in Uttar Pradesh Ravindra Kumar Mander (IAS) has been awarded for "Sanvardhana" (vocal for local) initiative.

Deputy Commissioner of Changlang District in Arunachal Pradesh Sunny K Singh (IAS) has been awarded for implementation of New Age Learning Center (NALC).

Promoting Swachh Jal (Clean Jal) through Har Ghar Jal Yojana

Deputy Commissioner of Kancheepuram District in Tamil Nadu Dr M Aarthi (IAS) and District Magistrate of Burhanpur district in Madhya Pradesh Bhavya Mittal (IAS) have been awarded for Promoting Swachh Jal (Clean Jal) through Har Ghar Jal Yojana.

Promoting quality education with an equitable and inclusive classroom environment through Samagra Shiksha

District Magistrate of Chitrakoot district in Uttar Pradesh Abhishek Anand (IAS) and Deputy Commissioner Mahesana district in Gujarat M Nagarajan (IAS) have been awarded for promotion of quality education with an equitable and inclusive classroom environment through Samagra Shiksha.

Promoting Swasth Bharat (Healthy Bharat) through Health & Wellness Centres

Deputy Commissioner of Latur district in Maharashtra Prithviraj BP (IAS) and Deputy Commissioner of Anakapalli district in Andhra Pradesh Ravi Pattanshetti (IAS) have been awarded for promoting Swasth Bharat (Healthy Bharat) through Health & Wellness Centres.
