Rajan Sharma appointed as DS in Central Information Commission

Rajan Sharma (ISupplyS) has been selected for the appointment as Deputy Secretary in the Central Information Commission on Wednesday

New Delhi: Rajan Sharma (ISupplyS) has been selected for the appointment as Deputy Secretary in the Central Information Commission on Wednesday.

According to an order issued from the Department of Personnel & Training (DoPT) on May 1, Sharma has been selected for appointment as Deputy Secretary in the Central Information Commission, Delhi under the Central Staffing Scheme for a period of four years from the date of taking over charge of the post or until further orders, whichever is earlier.

Sharma is an Indian Supply Service (ISupplyS) of 2014-batch. He was recommended for the Central deputation by the Department of Commerce. “He may kindly be relieved of his duties immediately with instructions to take up his new assignment in Central Information Commission,” the DoPT order further read.
