Tanu Singh (ITradeS) appointed as DS in Department of Justice

Tanu Singh (ITradeS) has been selected for the appointment as Deputy Secretary in the Department of Justice on November 30

New Delhi: Tanu Singh (ITradeS) has been selected for appointment as Deputy Secretary in the Department of Justice under the Ministry of Justice. According to an order issued from the Department of Personnel & Training (DoPT), she has been selected for the appointment under the Central Staffing Scheme for a period of four years from the date of taking over charge= of the post or until further orders, whichever event takes place earlier.

Singh is an Indian Trade Service (ITradeS) officer of 2012-batch. Present, she is posted as Joint Director General of Foreign Trade at Govt. of India. “She may kindly be relieved of her duties immediately with instructions to take up her new assignment in the Department of Justice,” the order further said.
