New Delhi: Commodore PR Hari is set to assume charge as Director (Personnel) at Garden Reach Shipbuilders & Engineers Ltd (GRSE) as his name has been recommended by the Public Enterprise Selection Board (PESB). He is currently serving as Chief General Manager at the PSU.

He joined GRSE on December 31, 2016. Hari holds a bachelors' degree in Mechanical Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi and a degree in Masters of Science in Defence and Strategic Studies from the University of Madras. He has over 28 years of experience and was previously associated with the Indian Navy as a Commodore. He was selected for the post by a PESB panel from a list of five candidates. Barring Hari, there was one more candidate from GRSE, the rest were from SJVN Limited, Indian Railways Personnel Service and Berger Paints India Limited.
