New Delhi: The 10th International Yoga Day was observed with enthusiasm at Bharat Dynamics Limited (BDL) on Friday. Employees all over the Company enthusiastically performed various ‘asanas’ during the Yoga Day celebrations, demonstrating their commitment to health and wellness.
As a prelude to the international event, which commenced from June 17, several yoga sessions were conducted across all units of the company. An essay writing competition and quiz on Yoga were also conducted as a part of celebrations. Banners were displayed at prominent locations across all BDL Units to enhance awareness about the importance of Yoga among the employees.
Commodore A Madhavarao (Retd), CMD, BDL urged all the employees and their families to make yoga a part of their daily lives.
BDL's Director (Production) PV Raja Ram along with senior officials and employees participated in the International Yoga Day - 2024 celebrations.
