New Delhi: Hari Narayan Thakur is set to take over as the next Director (Projects) at Engineering Projects (India) Ltd (EPIL) as his name has been recommended by the Public Enterprise Selection Board (PESB). Thakur is currently serving as Executive Director at the same public sector company.
He was picked by the PESB for the post from a list of eight candidates. Barring Thakur, three other candidates were from within EPIL. The rest were from Engineers India Ltd and Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited. One of the candidates was a Commodore-rank officer from the Indian Navy.
