PDIL declares highest-ever dividend at 41st AGM

New Delhi: Projects & Development India Limited (PDIL), a Miniratna PSU under the Department of Fertilizers, Ministry of Chemicals & Fertilizers, declared a dividend of Rs 11.80 crore, which is the highest-ever dividend that the company has paid to the government so far. The PSU organised its 41st Annual General Meeting (AGM) at Department of Fertilizers, Shastri Bhawan, New Delhi recently. The meeting was chaired by PDIL's CMD Partha Sarthi Sen Sharma (IAS), functional Directors and members from Department of Fertilizer who were present at the AGM.

PDIL adopted financial results for FY 2018-19

In the AGM, PDIL adopted the financial results for FY 2018-19. The CMD declared the highest-ever profit after tax (PAT) of Rs 30.36 crore. The company registered the highest-ever turnover of Rs 131.50 crore and highest-ever revenue from operations of Rs 116.50 crore.

PDIL is presently executing prestigious Ammonia-Urea Fertilizer Projects of M/s Hindustan Urvarak & Rasayan Ltd (HURL) at Gorakhpur (UP), Sindri (Jharkhand) and Barauni (Bihar) and also other Work Orders in Fertilizers and Non-Fertilizers Sector.
