New Delhi: Dr Rabi N Mishra has been promoted as an Executive Director at the Reserve Bank of India (RBI). He was earlier serving as the principal chief general manager. Mishra's career portfolio now includes non-banking and Co-op bank supervision as well as the College of Supervisors.

Mishra has been working with the RBI for 30 years now. He has worked on several research papers and has also authored a book on banking, which is likely to be launched soon. RBI has a number of executive directors who look after various divisions.
