RITES Director Bhupendra Kumar Agarwal retires from service

Bhupendra Kumar Agarwal has informed vide his letter dated April 30, 2019 that he has ceased to be a director of RITES Limited, RITES informed BSE

New Delhi: Bhupendra Kumar Agarwal, director at RITES Limited — a public sector undertaking (PSU) under the aegis of the Ministry of Railways, has superannuated. In a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE), the state-owned enterprise said, "This is to inform you that Bhupendra Kumar Agarwal has informed vide his letter dated April 30, 2019 that he has ceased to be a director of RITES Limited due to his superannuation from the Ministry of Railways, Government of India with effect from close of business hours on April 30, 2019."

It is a leading player in the transport consultancy and engineering sector in India, having diversified services and geographical reach. The company has an experience spanning 46 years and has undertaken projects in over 55 countries including Asia, Africa, Latin America, South America and Middle East regions. RITES Limited is the only export arm of Indian Railways for providing rolling stock overseas (other than Thailand, Malaysia and Indonesia).
