New Delhi: Vinay Kumar Singh is set to be Director (Mining) at Hindustan Copper Limited (HCL) as his name has been recommended by the Public Enterprise Selection Board (PESB) on Friday. Singh is currently serving as General Manager in the same public sector undertaking (PSU).

Singh's name was recommended for the position by a PESB panel from a list of six candidates. A total of three candidates who were on the list were from HCL and three others were from MOIL Limited, NTPC Limited and Usha Martin Limited.
