New Delhi: Balmer Lawrie & Co. Ltd., a Miniratna-I diversified Public Sector Enterprise under the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas, has announced its financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, reporting growth in income and profitability.

The company’s Board approved the results at its meeting held on May 17, 2026.

According to the company, total income during the fourth quarter of FY26 rose by 21.56 percent to Rs 791.28 crore, compared to Rs 650.92 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous financial year. Profit Before Tax (PBT) for the quarter stood at Rs 120.79 crore, while Profit After Tax (PAT) was reported at Rs 90.53 crore.

For the full financial year 2025-26, the company posted a net income of Rs 2,784.60 crore, registering an 8.03 percent increase over FY25. The annual PBT increased by 5.44 percent to Rs 330.87 crore, while PAT rose by 5.53 percent to Rs 245.68 crore.

The Board of Directors has also recommended a final dividend of 42.50 percent for FY26. This is in addition to the interim dividend of 42.50 percent that was declared and paid in March 2026.
