New Delhi: Indian Overseas Bank (IOB) has launched a new online tool called "Locate IOB" to help customers quickly find their nearest IOB branches, ATMs, and offices.

Customers can use the tool by visiting https://locate.iob.in or by clicking the “Locations” link on the bank’s website www.iob.in. The tool offers addresses, directions, and IFSC codes for all IOB locations across India.

A key feature of "Locate IOB" is that customers can also call their nearest branch directly from the website. In addition, IOB has created mini-websites for each of its branches to provide more localised information.

The bank said this step is part of its efforts to improve customer service by making banking more accessible. As more people in India use smartphones and the internet, tools like "Locate IOB" help ensure customers can easily find and connect with the bank, whether they visit in person or bank online.

With this new tool, IOB aims to offer a smooth and convenient banking experience for its customers across the country.
