RailTel wins project worth Rs 34.91 cr from Madhya Pradesh State Electronics Development Corporation

Railtel has won a work order worth Rs 34.91 crores (excluding taxes) from Madhya Pradesh State Electronics Development Corporation

New Delhi: State-owned RailTel said in a regulatory filing on Wednesday that it has won a work order from Madhya Pradesh State Electronics Development Corporation for the expansion of the State Data Centre (SOC) and establishment of Disaster Recovery (DR) Centre with five years maintenance amounting to Rs 34.91 crores (excluding taxes).

The filing also said that the time period to complete this project is five years. Further, it said that no promoter/ promoter group/group companies have any interest in the entity that awarded the project. The order received by the company does not fall within related party transactions, it said.
