New Delhi: RITES Limited has inaugurated its new office building, ‘Kshitij’, in Lucknow, marking a significant step towards strengthening its presence and project delivery capabilities in Uttar Pradesh and the northern region.

Located at Gomti Nagar Extension, the new office became operational on May 29. Designed as a modern and well-equipped workspace, Kshitij is expected to serve as a key administrative hub for the company’s operations in Uttar Pradesh and North India.
RITES said the new facility represents more than an office relocation and reflects the collective dedication, teamwork and perseverance of its employees and associates who contributed to the achievement.
The company noted that the office will further strengthen its regional footprint and enhance its ability to support infrastructure development initiatives across the region.
Over the years, RITES has been associated with several major infrastructure projects in Uttar Pradesh, including the redevelopment of Ayodhya Dham Railway Station, preparation of the Ayodhya Pilgrimage Development Plan, redevelopment works at Varanasi Railway Station, and consultancy assignments for key expressway projects such as the Bundelkhand Expressway, Ganga Expressway and Purvanchal Expressway.

According to the company, these projects have contributed to improving connectivity, strengthening tourism and pilgrimage infrastructure, and supporting sustainable economic development across the state.
RITES said the commencement of operations from Kshitij marks a new chapter in its growth journey and reinforces its commitment to delivering quality infrastructure solutions, creating value for stakeholders and building “#Infra4Future.”
