New Delhi: Sanjay Verma is set to be next Director (Finance) of Andrew Yule & Company Limited, a PSU under the Ministry of Heavy Industries. He has been recommended for the post by the Public Enterprises Selection Board (PESB) panel on Thursday. Presently, he is serving as Additional General Manager in Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL).

Verman has been recommended for the post of Director (Finance) of Andrew Yule & Co. Ltd. after PESB panel interviewed him in its meeting held on March 2. He was the only candidate, who appeared for the interviewed.

As Director (Finance) of Andrew Yule & Co Ltd., Verma will be a member of the Board of Director and will report to the Chairman and Managing Director (CMD). He will be overall in-charge of finance and accounts of the organisation and will be responsible for evolving and formulating policies relating to finance and accounts as well as implementation.
