BCCL Recruitment 2022: Miniratna Coal PSU, Bharat Coking Coal Limited (BCCL) has posted a job vacancy for the engagement of the Director (Personnel). Eligible and interested candidates can apply for the job before April 18. The post will fall vacant on August 1, 2022. PVKR Mallikarjuna Rao is the present Director (Personnel) of BCCL.
Director (Personnel) is a member of the Board of Directors and reports to the Chairman and Managing Director (CMD) of BCCL. He/She is overall in charge of coordinating and implementing personnel and industrial relations policies, management functions, administrative control etc. in the organisation.
Pay scale: Rs 1,60,000 – 2,90,000 (IDA)
Age Limit: Minimum age limit 40 years and age of superannuation 60 years
The minimum length of service required in the eligible scale will be one year for internal candidates, and two years for others as on the date of the vacancy.
The applicant must, on the date of application, as well as on the date of interview, be employed in a regular capacity – and not in a contractual/ad-hoc capacity – in one of the followings :-Preference would be given to candidates from the listed companies.
(a) Central Public Sector Enterprise (CPSE) (including a full-time functional Director in the Board of a CPSE);
(b) Central Government including the Armed Forces of the Union and All India Services;
(c) State Public Sector Enterprise (SPSE) where the annual turnover is *Rs 1,000 crore or more;
(d) Private sector in a company where the annual turnover is *Rs 1,000 crore or more.
(*The average audited annual turnover of three financial years preceding the calendar year in which the post is advertised shall be considered for applying the approved limits)
The applicant should be a graduate with a good academic record from a recognised university or institute.
Applicants with post-graduate Diploma or Degree in Personnel Management or Human Resource Management or Masters in Business Administration (MBA) or Postgraduate Diploma or Programme in Management (PGDM or PGPM) from a recognised university or institute will be preferable.”
The applicant should have at least five years of cumulative experience during the last ten years in various aspects of HR or Personnel Management or Industrial Relations in an organisation of repute.
Note (i) Applicants from Central Government or All India Services should be holding a post of the level of Director in Government of India or carrying an equivalent scale of pay on the date of application.
(ii) Applicants from the Armed forces of the Union should be holding a post of the level of Brigadier in the Army or equivalent rank in Navy or Air Force on the date of application.
Applicants from State Public Sector Enterprises or Private Sector should be working at Board level position or at least a post of the level immediately below the board level on the date of application.
