BEL is looking for Manager and Senior Assistant Engineer

BEL Recruitment 2020: Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL), a Navaratna PSU under the Ministry of Defence, requires Ex-Servicemen for its Electronics Warfare and Avionics SBU of Bangalore unit who have retired on or before May 31. Selected candidates should be willing to travel and relocate to the place of posting. Eligible and interested candidates can apply before June 30.

Name of posts: Manager, Senior Assistant Engineer

Eligibility

For Manager: Candidates applying for Manager posts should be retired as Wing Commander Or Squadron Leader Or Lt. Colonel or Major Or Commander Or Lt. Commander with 4 years seniority in the rank. Candidates should be first-class in BE/B.Tech (Electronics/Electronics & Communication / Electronics & Telecommunication / Communication / Telecommunication) or equivalent from a recognised university.

For Senior Assistant Engineer: Candidates applying for Senior Assistant Engineer should be retired as JCO (Indian Air Force). Candidate should be first-class in Diploma (Electronics) or equivalent from a recognised university.

Experience

For Manager: Minimum 10 years of post-qualification experience
For Senior Assistant Engineer: Minimum 15 years of post-qualification experience 

Upper Age Limit

For Manager: 45 years
For Senior Assistant Engineer: 50 years

Pay Scale & other benefits

Manager: Rs. 70,000
Senior Assistant Engineer: Rs.30,000

The selected candidates will be inducted in the pay scale mentioned above. In addition to basic pay, other allowances such as Dearness Allowance, HRA, Perks of 35% on annual basic pay, medical expenses reimbursement for self and dependent family members, Performance Related Pay, PF, Gratuity as per Company rules will be a part of the pay package.
