Vodafone Idea allots 4,000 OCDs to ATC

Committee of board of directors of Vodafone has allotted a total of 4,000 number of unsecured, unrated and unlisted OCDs to ATC

New Delhi: Vodafone Idea said in a regulatory filing that "the Capital Raising Committee of the Board of Directors of Vodafone Idea Limited has, at its meeting held on Tuesday, allotted a total of 4,000 number of unsecured, unrated and unlisted Optionally Convertible Debentures of the face value of Rs 10,00,000 each (OCDs) to ATC Telecom Infrastructure Private Limited (ATC)."

"With this, the entire transaction of issuance and allotment of 16,000 OCDs to ATC, as approved by the shareholders of the company at its Extra Ordinary General Meeting held on February 25 is now complete," said the filing.
