New Delhi: The Public Sector Day 2024 was observed on April 10, which was celebrated through a glittering event at SCOPE Complex New Delhi. On this occasion, the first-ever PSUs’ Club, "Scope Social Interaction Centre" was successfully delivered to SCOPE. The project has been executed by NBCC Services Limited (NSL), a subsidiary of Navratna CPSE, NBCC (India) Limited.
During the occasion, "Scope Social Interaction Centre" was inaugurated amidst esteemed dignitaries, including Sandeep Kumar Gupta, Chairman of SCOPE; Brajesh Kumar Upadhyay, Vice Chairman of SCOPE; Atul Sobti, DG of SCOPE; KP Mahadevaswamy, CMD of NBCC (India) Limited; BK Sokhey, Chairperson of NBCC Services Ltd. and other senior dignitaries from various PSUs.
The project was executed at a cost of over Rs 9 crore, showcasing NSL’s commitment to excellence in infrastructure development. Spanning across 24,765 sqft, the facility offers a myriad of amenities, including a Bar Lounge, Multipurpose Hall, Library, TT Room, Library Cafeteria, Yoga Room, and various sports facilities. The club also boasts features such as Squash Court, Badminton Court, Basket Ball Court, Kitchen, and water bodies.
The inauguration of SCOPE Social Interaction on Public Sector Day underscores the celebration of collaborative efforts and the spirit of camaraderie within the public sector. The club stands as a testament to NBCC's and its subsidiary company’s unwavering dedication to delivering excellence in every project undertaken.
